Ebay automation tools still work

Hello guys,
recently I figure out that some sellers on ebay are selling codes, serials and so on via an instant delivery.
Do they use automation tools like "automater" ?
Does this kind of tool make an ebay account suspended even if it is aged ?
Any reply would be much appreciated.

Hi,
yes, sooner or later your account will be suspended selling codes or digital stuff even if it is aged with history.
