Competitor has saved my eBay name. If I change me will this help??
 

A competitor has saved me as a seller on ebay and anytime I list something he hits me with report an item. I have some stock left to shift so if I change my user name will he still be shown every item I list?? Just trying to find a way around this. Help is always appreciated

he will probably still be able to find you, an example, if he saved some of your sold listings, he can probably search for the sold listing to see what your new store name is, and probably there are other ways i guess

one seller reporting your listings, doesn't actually do anything. Ebay couldn't care less about one report, and I doubt they'd care any more, if they can see it's the same guy reporting the same listings. So clearly something else is going on.

Thanks. Doesn't seem that clear to me obv. This new guy popped up selling the same thing. He has X3 accounts. Since he has been around all my accounts have had continued reports for copyright violation. None stop.

I mean if you're trying to play dirty back, just get him banned lol.

When buyers try to scam, I literally find their phone number and call them. Like I don't care. If someone's playing with my money I will go to all lengths to get it back.

Guess it's down to morals though.

I hear you. As hard to say as I will... a lot of times you're just wasting time that you can use to make more money.

I've seen many ebay sellers posting the link of the owner's competitor store who still report others and ask people to report him on FB groups.
It might me a good idea to try!
