MC113 suspension - what causing it?
 

Hi,

If I get MC113 within 24 hours after first listing - what could be causing it?

My setup:
- Laptop, Win10
- New firefox portable browser
- Dynamic IP (from phone provider), I track all IP's on excel
- New VCC (Visa from garry9061)
- New real phone number
- New name, address, e-mail

I create gmail/ebay/paypal on the same day
Do some browsing and bidding for ~2 weeks
List firts listing (non risky item, auction, low value, exif data removed from photo), link ebay to paypal.
And within 24hour I get MC113

from what im noticing using a mobile ip on a non mobile device during account creation will cause a suspension. so find another ip solution or use a mobile device browser.

"New firefox portable browser" here is the issue.

Do everything you did, but use a Virtual Machine for the account. See if it changes results. I have a feeling you have interfering cookies. You may think firefox portable or firefox profiles, but it's not. If you need help, I will help you.

The issue is only with new accounts.

On the same laptop I have old/aged accounts (connecting through VPN or phone provider internet) - and they are working fine.

All old accounts are separated with new Win user for ech and with portable browser

In the past I could create account without any big issue in the same way I do now.

Now I get MC113 for each new account.

The only difference is that now I open new account on the same Win user. But as I know, as long as they are separated with portable browsers - they can't be linked.
