Using Girlfriend account as new account
 

I recently got banned for selling at eBay, MC011 ban (just sales) without a reason.
After a long time trying to fix things with ebay Im done.

My girlfriend has an ebay account from the last year that she just created to search some stuff and never used again, no listings , no sales. She created it at his own house.

Is it a good idea that I use it now for selling ? Using a new PC with dedicated IP from IPburger.
Im going to use her own paypal account which is not listed to any ebay account, ( but I added the email to 2 of my listings in the past as I was selling 2 items for her so the payment of the sales was made at my gf's account )

Anything I should do ?

Unless you have a good business model and know why you were banned...you could have similar issues with her account.

Why not just go proper stealth and fresh?

I seriously advise you to not use her account just yet, instead use the stealth guide to make your own accounts for now.

And if you need an IP, make sure it's a residential ip

Get some stealth accounts. Don't bother creating accounts anymore that's dead

He is asking if he could use his girlfriend Ebay account.
if he/she is willing to let him do so,then he could go to his/her house and list all day long using her/his device,her ISP and her/his MP account.

Yes you can use IP burger or just get a used phone wich a new Sim it's may be even better for you situation.
You should read the Stealth book to avoid getting banned next time Before you start with this new account.
