2 ebay acc - one IP or two?

I have one ebay account with a pinned paypal.
I want to set up a second account with a separate email and use the same paypal. Can I use the same IP or should I change it every time I log in between accounts?

Can I have a two separate Paypals linked with one bank account?

No, you can't.

OP, you should not use same IP across the accounts.

You are unlikely to be able to use same bank account for multiple paypals

You can use same IP but it will be associated accounts, not stealth. Bt you can do that.
And one bank account can not be linked to 2 paypal accounts
