Is this a real email?

Recently i received an email to tell me to sign up for VAT on ebay, but this was not in my ebay inbox, and only displayed in my actual emails.

The email seems legit but i wonder why it isn't showing in my ebay inbox since signing up for VAT is a big deal...

Simple enough to know if its real or not by checking any of the links on that email (just hover over them - no need to click on them).

You would also receive the ebay message in your ebay account inbox.

I thought that too, but it seems 100% legit and i know my figures have surpassed the VAT threshold.

Its just odd that it isn't in my ebay inbox :(

It seems legit to me, but i am not 100% sure
