Hi guys, received this message when trying to list some items, anyone know why? Or a way around? Would I be okay contacting eBay support? Thanks

This sounds like the type of restrictions some seller accounts get when trying to list the first item. It's usually easy to get around if you call in. They ask questions like will you be shipping your own items and will you be able to ship orders in a timely manner.

Live chat will be fine.... it'll also give you time to think about the answers given. They will ask what items you intend to sell, where did you get these items from? are these items in your possession? how will you ship these items ect. I got my account reinstated with this method easily. They are looking to see if you are a dropshipper basically.
