Building up Ebay account

Hi, so I have two accounts, one with 2 buyer feedback and one with 5 buyer and 5 seller feeback. $1, $4 sales. I am a noob so I need to know how to build up an account and eventually sell high risk items for a decent amount of money. If I wanted to sell an electronic for say 1000 without setting off alot of bells and whistles how many sales do you think, dispersed over how many days, around what price per item increase. Can someone give me some info on this? How fast have you built up your account? Especially with the account that has 10 feedback, How fast can you go untill you can sell an electronic for 1000 bucks.

Welcome to the forum - all the best as you master stealth :thumb:

What kind of electronic? Cell phone? Trademark? 90 days seems a safer trend but difficult to say 100%

I'll buy it.

There's no definite answer to your question.. you just need to show gradual growth over a few months to prove you're trustworthy.

There's no definite answer, all you can do is build as much history and positive records.

And if you're selling a high risk item... well high risk is high risk regardless of the account.

For me a rule of a thumb is to make 15 purchases and 15 sales across first 3 months of the account. All these should be cheap no-risk generic household items. After that, let it sit for a month or two without any movement, then buy another 5 items, and you are ready to go.

i would tell that you must have at least 90 days of selling but better 180+; you have to be top rated in global (it is not so hard to do) and your account must be in perfect condition
