Well, people are making a ton of $ on NFT for sure.
But I 'm not confident that most NFT will end up being valuable.

NFT sells well if the artist has already some kind of exposure or is already an "established" name.

Like all the other "modern" art in general, is mainly the name that make the piece valuable.

All other NFT is crap.

The only useful stuff in NFT is that is pumping Ethereum quite a lot :)

yes just take a picture of it and you have a digital file to convert to crypto art.

The problem is that, since it has not been (obviously) made by Picasso, its value is 0
