"What other eBay user ID is associated with your current address"
 

Long story short. I have 3 ebay accounts. One in my name and the other two are in my family members names. All 3 have the same home address.
When my business paypal got permanently limited last year, i did not pay the seller fees on the accounts as i thought i was finished, so they became temporarily restricted.

A few weeks ago my family members paypal got unlimited, so we would like to start selling again.
Yesterday i paid the past due seller fees for this family members account and it is now fully restored. The other two ebay accounts are still in the negative.
After setting up a listing and submitting it i'm greeted the following message "What other eBay user ID is associated with your current address".
I can select "none" to answer their question, but i presume this is due to the accounts having the same address.

Has anyone had experience with this before? Is this a question that appears often, or am I out of luck until i clear the negative balances on the other accounts?

Also, side question: My banned business paypal was used with this Ebay account for a few sales. What are the odds Paypal/Ebay can see that the previously used paypal was banned, resulting in my family members freshly unlimited account getting axed?

I have had this happen when I had to change browsers (IE went out of date so went to Edge) - I knew what accounts were tied to each other (I had a few all related to one PP account) so I provided the info. I suspected it's similar in your situation.

if you can select none that is ok, if you are not able to select none - then accounts is associated

It never gives an option, its a blank space. you gotta call the 888 number. my dad is going throughsame thing, and he's elderly . His old phone is expired. I gotta help him call later actually, rarely do they ask security questions, just say you using new computer
