do i risk it?
 

One on of my big stealth accounts, i need to enter a VAT number to continue selling. However, if i enter a legit VAT number, it means changing my ebay details.

My ebay stealth is already on my real name and DOB. The only thing that is stealth is my address.

If i change it back to my real address, i would be 100% exposed to a link back to my banned account surely?

I wouldn't mind keeping the account as it was profitable, but is it worth the hassle of applying for VAT, then changing my stealth to all my real details.

Bear in mind, i have also passed MP on this account with real name/DOB, real bank with my name, but an unmatched address.

Shall i peruse the VAT?

Unless they are specifically crossing the databases to find out stealth versus banned with vat numbers, I wouldn't worry about it. You are already massively exposed just like us all with MP. They already have your personal tax information if I understand correctly and it is like the US system. Is there a possibility to create a new VAT in a new form of doing business as?
