MC011 Additional Information Help!
 

Hi Everyone,

I submitted my tracking numbers as they requested then they turned around and still want more documentation. Problem is I do drop shipping from Walmart. They are wanting documentation showing I purchased the items, and a bank statement showing the payments for the items I sold. I can use all my real info

(NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.)

- A copy of a credit card or bank statement showing your payment of the (invoices/receipts/order confirmations) previously provided. Your name and billing address should be visible, and consistent with the information registered to your eBay account.

- Make sure that your name and User ID appear on each document that you submit. If this information is not included, it cannot be processed.
- Be sure your submitted documents are current, valid, and legible.”

Nobody here can do that for you.
Youll need to either get 'creative' on your own or find someone to outsource the job to.

This type of suspension is them just asking you for more and more stuff and in the end they suspend you anyways.

not 100% but most of the time unfortunately.

Drop shipping on a new account is a recipe for disaster, eBay are not stupid, this account is toast. I recommend you forget eBay and drop ship on Wish they do not care.

I submitted documents and I am guessing they accepted them but they still want more documentation for 3 other items. I am hoping once I submit them they will reinstate my account

retail arbitrage-taking ebay buyer money then place order with another retailer asking them t o ship the order for you is banned on Ebay.
Ebay wants vendor/supplier invoice,wmt is not a wholesale supplier or distributor or manufacturer.

I did not use any invoices with Walmart, I either made up my own or used invoices that I already had and edited them.

Also used a sam’s club invoice as long as they see it was shipped to your home address should be good

Just got an update they are still wanting more bank statements and also somehow they linked my eBay account to an old account I had and they are wanting me to pay the outstanding selling fees balance I owe on it. How can they do this? Should I pay it or can they even prove it’s mine? (old account is all my real info)

another thing is i no longer live at the address on file with the other account and the house doesn't even exist there anymore.

Well they flat out lied to me said if I paid my selling fees they would reinstate my account so I paid the $200 I owed on the linked account ,and they still screwed me over got an email today saying my account is restricted Indefinitely and I can never sell on eBay again. I swear they are crooks! Done with them, I got my own Facebook store and it’s doing well. Don’t need eBay

They did the same to me. Sent documents and replied pay my past fees and they would reinstate. A few days later a permanent account restriction. I emailed 3 times asking why and never got a response.

Yeah when they keep asking they end up denying you back to sell.
I don't know why been looking into MC011 for over a year now it just all seems so random
