negative PP legacy with MP switch
Situation :
Something has been sold via traditional EB + PP scheme. Funds have been withdrawn, and after some time customer decided to return the item thus making PP account negative. EB account has been just abandoned and forgotten after that, keeping the EB seemingly normal, but useless as PP is dead because of neg balance. There is a bank added to the PP, and that bank is still operational, and name matching to that EB account and PP. Is it possible to add that bank to EB that has been accepted into MPs? Or they will try to take funds from that account even though all financial obligation have been stuck inside PP ages ago? In other words, can that ebay account still be usable? |
