How to properly sell cell phones without getting suspended
 

Yes I know they are super high risk items but unfortunately for this instance, that is the buisness I am in. Is there any proper way to sell them without getting suspended? (Assuming I already have the account and MP done)

First approach is not to sell them right away - need to build up the account with time, sales and feedback. Still not 100% risk free but seems like the way to go...90 days perhaps is a good aim or 60

Has this account been active with a functioning PayPal? Yes/No.

How old was the account?

Had there been issues?

Are the cell phones new/refurbished/2nd hand

Are the cell phones locked or unlocked

Account did not have a PayPal.

Accounts are about 30 days old.

Phones are brand new.

Accounts have no issues.

Most phones are locked to a carrier but some I sell are unlocked

Have you tried selling phones on this account?

Do you have a storefront? Or a registered cell phone business?

I don't sell these myself but if I were in your shoes, the first thing I'd do is contact eBay by phone, ask them how to do this correctly, and register my business with them so they know I have a local shop.

I know there is a proper way to do this successfully.

Can you supply receipts? Do you have permissions from the manufacturers?

Are you going to accept unconditional returns?
