ebay getting over on me?
 

Hi Everyone,

I have 3 ebay buyer returns, for some reason each tracking number says "No Such Number" and 1 of the returns had a wrong address and not my name on the package. it was a very small item and not the item i was suppose to receive. i feel like i was scammed.

I contacted ebay via chat and they will not help at all to resolved the issue, they told me since my account has a MCO11 on it they can't do anything till i get it resolved, shows how much they care for there sellers.

e bay has been funny acting towards sellers. ebay is a buyers paradise. thank goodness i'm no scam artist like some buyers out there.

After a week of calling and having documentation from my post office. they told me I was getting no refund on the 3 cases I filed against 3 buyers. Now I’m out of $400 and no items returned to me. Had it with this stupid company

Professional buyers targeting certain aspects of the market for sure - slaughtering new sellers especially with no long track record on the regular

ebay robot would not release the fund to your buyers if return tracking does not show it has been delivered.
but your MC011 is a problem.
it sounds like your buyers are scammers,uploading phony tracking number and return an item which is not yours.
WHAT did you sell,?I would stop selling those items

Well I reached out to eBay on Facebook and they are helping me get my money back, while I’m at it I’m going to try and get the MC011 removed. They are very helpful on Facebook than calling in. I can tell it’s not foreigners
