No more paypal on ebay

Dear All, I just heard ebay has since June 1, they have kicked paypal out of accepted payments options. Sellers won't be able to use Paypal and keep funds in the balance. Direct bank transfer will be implemented. Is it a rumor or a real massive change? If true, what are the implications?

And what the implications are to YOU only YOU can say.
