same here, 5th one this week now. not sure about the reason. talked to Ebay, got 3 account reinstated, 2 got permanent restriction.

I would say it has to do with the items youre selling and how you go about gettin started.
I assume these are new accounts just getting started?

Well, your accounts always dies. That means EBay doesn't want you doing business on their platform. There are several reasons to why they dislike you. You need to figure out what you are doing wrong before you can ask for solutions.
Reasons why EBay suspends you:
Items you are selling. Either the merchandise itself (risky), or the way your selling them (dropshipping, digital items, etc)
You aren't using stealth procedures and are being linked to previous banned accounts.
You are incorrectly setting up accounts and look suspicious.
You are using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details on your MP signups that can't be verified.
You are listing items too fast on a new account, or too many items at once, which raises red flags.
Your IP is crap. Your using a cheap or free VPN, or data center VPN for account creation.
Your phone number is crap. Your using a VoiP or free phone service instead of a real number.
The list goes on and on... As answered throughout this thread, you'll need to provide additional information if you are ever going to get solutions. Start by looking at this list and see if anything I've stated here describes you. If so, you have a starting point on where to look for corrections.

I had this message from eBay a couple of months ago and it was to do with certain items I was selling either to many returns or a complaint from a customer.

I was told to supply an invoice for one of products I brought and to supply my drivers licence. I brought 10 items from a genuine website and left a message in the box to eBay and 2 days later my account was reinstated.

My money was put on hold for a couple of weeks and released as soon as customers received their items. I uploaded a tracking number for each item sold so I was only waiting 5 days to get paid.

After a couple of weeks doing this my funds were no longer on hold and account back to normality.

I got same problem some of my accounts. eBay needs me to verify identity to upload ID. I think it is caused your registration information or items you listed.

This kinda thing is becoming a little more common.
They asked you to call them?
