Trying to enroll to MP with creative info

After giving details (Name, DOB, Address, IBAN), 10 minutes later received email that MP can't verify my info and asking to review it or upload ID.

So anyone here from Lithuania or other small EU countries passed verification with creative docs?

This is normal. Small countries don't have databases like us and uk. They are going to ask for docs right from the start for each account.
The amount of people who can be verified by vat id only and be checked in databases in these countries is less than 10%. Governments will not give money for such systems to be made. This is why all payment processors and platforms do not trust people from these countries.

Most of these small EU countries do have such databases. At least for ID number and DOB checks.

that would need to be confirmed by withdrawal of several thousand euros without any issues because MP veri provides limited information , supposedly intentionally

one thing is for sure though , there are at least 2 verifications , one before first payout and one once a certain turnover has been accumulated

These databases are unreliable and are not criteria for verification.

My eBay Netherlands, I go as...

1. personal

or

2. biz (private company maybe)

1. and 2. ask DOB, ID, IBAN in the SignUP MP
2. ask ID new person add as contact.

Netherlands - accept creative docs?
