Using someone’s REAL name and address to sell…
 

Quick question, I have a seller account with someone’s real name and address. If I use it to sell items on eBay, would there be any repercussions in the future or would eBay ask for any ID verification in the future? Assuming i keep this account healthy and don’t do anything stupid.

Would they find out if he or she try to create his or her own eBay account. Would they know if there are two seller accounts with the same name and address but different IP address?

If that person created an acct with their own info of course the two accts will be linked.
My question to you is how exactly do you plan to deal with the Managed Payments enrollment since you obviously cannot use that person's SSN and DOB.
