auction final price might be lower than chinaman expected or... he is selling cheap stuff to gain feedback and will lose money shipping to you so he's trying to find a deal losing just 1$

OR HE DOES Not have it in stock,or if he has to buy it,it costs him more,everything has gone up in price,even in China

It was an auction, that ended low. I've just never seen anyone reach out with a message offering money to cancel. And who knows how many 100s of 1-10 cent auctions I've won.
