Dedicated IP not in the same country

So my question is, if i live in sweden and get a dedicated IP from UK, can i still use it for ebay without is somehow leaking? Also if my VCC is swedish, will this cause issues?

There is no dedicated ips in sweden thats why i need to get one from another country.

If youre in Sweden and the acct is based in Sweden why not just use your wireless data as your IP solution? Set your phone up as a hotspot and you should be good to go.

My pc does not have wifi connection 😂 Is that the best solution?

Yes, that's what Slokor means. A local IP is preferable so long it isn't some messed up VPN, etc.

Even if you obtain a dedicated IP from the UK you'd need to access it using an internet connection.

I have registered an eBay account in another european country with a SIM from that other country. I do Tethering which gives me a ok IP of the country I am registering in. But when I put the adress and change the flag to my country it redirects me to register in Spain!. I just want to change the country flag and keep entering adress/ phone number in the registration page of the country I have registered the account.
PS: If I change the flag to Andorra it doesn't redirect me anywhere and I can continue putting the adress and so on ...
What's happening?

Not every PC is a laptop; the vast majority of desktops don't have WiFi, since nobody is going to be lugging them around.
