What should I do? I ended up having some family/l;ife stuff came up and I got kicked from eBay and PayPal forever after making my livelihood off there, owed too much money, got too many complaints on late shipments and it spiraled out of control and gone.

im sure you've heard of it happening a lot before.

im us based and only sell legit tangible products that if I have my sh.. together its easy to have happy customers.

what do I do that I can't ever have an eBay or PayPal NAME LEGIT IN MY NAME AGAIN?

Because if I had an eBay name with a 10000 monthly limit plus, my life would be so much better.

should I try to make a stealth eBay and PayPal name, or buy one? I don't have any family that will let mer use theirs, after it was quite an issue in my life losing mine.

I've got a brand new laptop, Brande new phone, brand new SIM card, I live at a different address in a different town, I can get a new bank account. now writing it out it seems obvious.... still, I don't know what im doing. I don't want to rely on it and lose it again......

Paypal is a thing of the past. eBay is managing their own payments now and they've pretty much ended "stealth accounts" in the process of transitioning.

Anyway your options would be using somebody else's identity with permission (family member or something but I don't recommend it because of potential tax liabilities) or opening a business account. You could form an LLC today and be back to selling as soon as tomorrow.

if I sign up for a business account it can be by me, a person who is suspended on their sight?

It's new so I can't say 100% for sure. I don't think it would be a problem as long as you give them an EIN. My personal account was banned by eBay years ago but it never had my SSN because eBay didn't ask for tax ID's back then. I have a few business accounts in MP now with me listed as the sole member of the company. Each account has had listings removed but none have been ever suspended.

If the account you've been using was still on Paypal then eBay shouldn't have your SSN. So you're clean.

None of my accounts have ever been asked for ID or anything else. Years old easily verifiable business info I gave them though.

I have an old account under my mother's name,they just ask for the last 4 digits of SSN

Since time is important to you I'd do 2 things.

1. go to the marketplace in the forum and message a few sellers and get 1 account to start. DO NOT use the account just yet.

2. Get the stealth guide, spend time reading it ask more questions in here then make your own stealth accounts.

THen start using the account you bought while simmering the new accounts you made.

Ask more questions in here, become good , build / buy more accounts as back up.
