I think this happens if you’re trying to sell brand items as a private sellers.

It looks like you can’t list items from that brand on eBay France so you either need to list on a different countries eBay or just find other items to sell

They're both French brands so eBay France is helping to protect French companies.

Can you list the items on .com, offering shipping to France?

she will run into the same problem on ebay.com,Dior Vero folks are very active there.

But this is a legislative hard stop and not a vero rep interfering. It's worth a shot.

That's a brand gating. Try different eBay websites... make sure your stuff is legit.
