IS THE IP STILL IMPORTANT FOR eBay
 

About to start new eBay accounts after getting suspended during MP registration process. Lastly when I opened new eBay accounts I remember that it is important to be on a BRAND NEW, not used for other eBay account IP address. Is this still a thing?

Most of the IPs are already used in a small country like BG. It is not an issue. I'm still tracking IPs, others don't.

Just be sure to make the other details completely new: name, address, phone etc.

IP is ALWAYS going to be an issue.
I would not re-use the same IP you used in the acct you just got suspended.

Yes, forgot about the last used IP on that suspended account.

@OP You can easily change your ISP or find one that offers dynamic IPs.

I see. Maybe it was a pointless question from my side, since I have always used different IPs and different account infos. Of course I do not plan on using the same IPs on new accounts, but I had to ask you if this is still such a BIG issue as it was, let's say, 10 years ago.

The same question goes for Payoneer. Is it possible to access two different account with different account details, but from the same IP address. I do think it will be a problem, however, what is your opinion on this?

IP doesnt matter too much

I have run hundreds of accounts with one cheap dynamic V(P)N, reusing IP many times over, as well as with everyone else who is using the same IP addresses LOL

You've been lucky then - hundreds of accounts...seems like you get suspended regularly though?

It's possible but they can easily link your accounts. Better make everything separated, new Windows user account, Firefox Portable and different IP for each account.

Yes, it's definitely a thing and one of the things.

So just keep note of what you used and you'll be good to go... for a few years at least.

Luck is nothing to do with it, I have run hundreds of accounts over the years because of my business practices, IP has nothing to do with it

Whats more I operate PAYPAL accounts in exactly the same way.

And I very rarely lose a Paypal account

IP DOES have something to do with it.

It doesn't mean they'll nail you based on that alone, but it does add up.
