I am a non resident alien selling on eBay and am selling items from my collection at a loss from what I paid for them. Under eBay managed payments I am considering setting up a LLC in Delaware and applying for an ITIN. I am totally confused with the US tax system.

I have read I am not ETBUS as I am not located in the US, I have no employees and no physical presence in the US. I make about $12k a year before paying fees. I am told I do not have to pay us income tax not being ETBUS and my income not being solely US as I sell on other countries websites too. I just a have a US mailing address.

If I register as an LLC, get an ITIN which will cost a few hundred dollars what paperwork is the IRS going to want each year? As the amount you can earn is going from 20,000 to $600 next year I imagine they will require something.

why cant you sell on Ebay USA from Australia,using your Aussie Ebay account,plenty of your country men/women do.
your items would be listed in US $,YOUR US buyers will pay sales tax unless they are resellers,Ebay remitted such sales tax to their states.
SO you have MP account,which bank is linked t o accept $$(US or Australia).
you are trying to make life complex,use your Ebay Australia account and sell on Ebay USA,Ebay UK,eBAY Australia!

Under managed payments you can’t sell on eBay.com if your registered with ebay.com.au I like eBay.com as the listing fees are much lower and there is far more traffic. I’m not a business I have a personal account, I’m just expecting a 1099-k next year, I use Payoneer

1099 is for US tax payers with Social security number,without that number,IRS cant send you 1099.
I dont understand why you cant sell on Ebay USA under MP ,how do other Aussie sellers manage to sell on Ebay USA?
Do you have to report on ecommerce income to your government?
