If you create an ebay account for European countries, do you also need to link a payoneer account to them, or can you just specify a virtual bank account?

2 month and counting... anyone else waiting/waited this long?

EDIT: Just checked and one of 3 accounts has been reinstated yesterday (woohoo), so 1.5 - 2 month seems to be the way to go. The account had payoneer bank account added to it btw.

Well it's the EUR Citibank account that Payoneer provides for global payment service.

Just contact ebay again. They told me restrict my account and will not transfer any fund since they could not verify my information. They hold more than $5k this time for 3 accounts. Be careful with MP

So you gave them your real info, they verified it fine then a few months later they do this to you?

Yes, no any restriction email. Accounts looks fine except no payout.

Which bank do you use from Payoneer?
Citi or First Century?

Has anyone been paid by ebay when facing this situation? Or will ebay keep the full amount?
