VAT One Stop Shop OSS registration
 

Starting 1st July 2021 there is only one VAT threshold for all EU countries : 10k euros
If you sell over 10k eur in any of the EU countries you are obliged to collect VAT using your own OSS VAT number.
Did anybody enroll for OSS vat ?

Let’s say you manage to have a stealth account running but what will you do when your sales are over 10k eur in any EU country?
What will you do to continue selling?
How will you do to obtain OSS vat ID if you running a stealth acc ?

Dunno about Ebay,but for Etsy,sellers will be using Etsy OSS.

Yes we can use eBay OSS but what happen after 10k threshold?
eBay will ask you for VAT .

I have legit acc that exceded 10k (business seller), but sales are all over EU and UK (which takes its own share of the income. I'm not VAT registered in my own country, but I'm thinking to contact call center to see if I need to register for OSS VAT. Problem is, in my country, legaly I cannot sell abroad with VAT, its forbidden by law.
