Hi, is revolut like bank and VCC good for stealth?

What European bank would you recommend for stealth?

Revolut is now a bank after Brexit. They have banking license. They ban a lot of accounts.

I think "normal" sellers would not use foreign banks at all so that people using Revolut , Monzo , Epayments and any other bank or emoney institution automatically falls under suspicion , which does not mean they can not be used at all but can not be used with stealth details

There definitely will be ID verification for any (major) EU bank, that why folk turn to these online only outfits - to try and avoid verification. Its a legal requirement and the risk of closure is just as great if they suspect you of misuse or fraudulent activity.

And if the bank I want to register doesn't provide VCC? Should I arrange my card elsewhere then and how?

Yes, ID is requiered from every high street or online bank. I've read here for only one bank account closed for receiving mismatched names payments.

Online bank accounts are being closed much more often then the real bank accounts. Lots of such stories here.

I don't fully understand your question. You can register on any eBay platform such .com, co.uk, .de etc.

You can open a bank account with attached debit card to it.
