Best method: Adding bank account to paypal OR debit card?

Which one would be the best method and why? Because when you add a debit card you can transfer the money right out of your balance without having to wait 3-4 days?
So which route should I go for? Or maybe both?

I am starting over with my paypal accounts and I see things have changed so I'm curious to know.

I don't get it. If they're REAL accounts, you can use either. I would do both. The bank fully verifies the account, the debit card is instant.

If they're f.a.k.e, you can't get a debit card w/o a ssn unless its a really old account (I've heard some people saying they got a message from PP asking if they wanted one).

I do both. Debit card for quick transfers when I am making a purchase. Bank acct for transferring out of PP to my stash.

Alright thanks!!! so there is no possible way of getting a credit/debit card without a SSN?
Also, paypal doesn't accept ANY type of reloadable/pre-paid credit cards, am I right?
