Increased Nonpaying & MC147 Notices?
 
Am I the only one experiencing a rise in non-paying bidders and MC147 notices? (Administrative Bid Cancellation).

It seems to me that since ebay changed feedback policies to keep sellers from leaving bad FB that the bidders no longer feel obligated to pay! As far as I'm concerned this is a well deserving bad FB for that. Not right!
