MC019 and MC139

I am a buyer and I received both MC019 and MC139 about this item that I won and paid for. It was displayed that the item was shipped in My eBay. I paid for it on Oct 23, 2009 and received the notices on Oct 28, 2009. May I know if the seller is a fraud, or should I wait for the package before claiming a refund? It's international shipping so it will take a while, and the item is not cheap for me.

The seller has 4 feedbacks. I have just contacted eBay (I just checked my mail). No replies yet.

What should I do? I'm worried.

You may be able to email seller to stop shipment but just because it had a takedown or MC019 doesnt mean it is a f##e item, it means it got reported, that happens alot, wait until you get item and decide whether you like it or not, if you dont you have the perfect way to get a refund

The reason given for the MC139 was this

Our records show that you recently contacted or received messages from _________ through eBay's messaging system. This account was recently found to have been accessed by an unauthorized third party, who may have used the account in an attempt to defraud other members.

Did the listing get cancelled because of that? Does it mean that the whole listing was done by "an unauthorized third party" and my money went to that person too? I paid through paypal.

I bought a similar item (same model but different color) from another seller, also in California. I paid for them on the same day. It doesn't have any issues and USPS said it just left the US yesterday.

UGH!!! Thus is so frustrating! Should I file for a dispute now?:pry:

the 2 reasons for takedown clash, they should give one or the other not both, you may need to email ebay and wait for reply to clarify...then again the unauth 3rd party thing may just be their systems finding an anomaly but it could be the account owner reporting user theft....

I suppose filing it will do no harm, and see what happens then if it arrives, decide at that point........

Why would the people I purchased from in the last month be receiving the same MC139 Email as stated above when my account was NOT accessed through a third party, I was suspended for good today, probably linked to some old accounts & these emails went out to all of the sellers I purchased from. It makes no sense to me?
