How To Open A LEGIT Account?
 

Hi,

I was banned from Ebay 4 years ago for selling copyrighted stuff, since then ive been through stealth accounts selling the same goods. However over the last year ive been running a legit T-Shirt printing business, i managed to sign back up in my own name 3 months ago i had 2 payouts then limited again (was hoping they were giving me a chance) all items are low risk / none copyrighted stuff. What's the best way to get back on ebay legitimately so i can sell again? A friend says i can sign up using his name and address etc but i'm going to need to open a bank account in his name too arent i? & then obviously follow the stealth so they dont like any i.p's etc to me.

Just wondered if anyone had any other suggestions.

was the suspended ebay account a UK business account? what was the suspension email text?

Which one? my 4 years old one? the one 4/5 years old was just a personal account that was retricted through too many vero's, the one 3/4 months ago was a business account with nothing copyrighted or anything & yeah in my own name.. they sent me both below at same time.

no , I mean the recent one , was it a fully set up MP account?

Yeah them 2 notices were from my recent one. Yeah i had to enroll on sign up all went through super easy , i received 2 MP payouts of £10 odd each, then the one i was due £230 around 2/3 days before the payout i was hit with MC113 & MC999

you need to call and ask to reinstate. additionally running large volumes on new accounts is not really safe. 10+10+230 , you see the problem?

this is a topic discussed here a billion times , although now there are people thinking that using their real details is a ticket to volumes. it may be only for established users , for all others nothing changed except that they can not use paypal anymore

I have asked they said they wont re-instate. Also it's not a stealth account the limits are there to be sold, 230 is not large volume at all, that would be me selling 20 t-shirts in a month which is around 7 a week. You cant get much slowet than that. obviously the first couple payouts of £10 they had money on hold during that time because its a new account otherwise would of been more. Either way they havent banned that account because i sold £200 worth of goods, they banned that account because they dont want me on there haha

I have opened many stealth accounts in the past and sold more than £1000 each month to start with and accounts have lasted years, they definitely linked me to my old account and have not banned me because of the £200 payout. Ebay is a selling site, they make money from sellers. You realy think they thought oh this guys sold 20 legit t-shirts this month looks abit dodgy lets ban him

and by the way your t-shirts are counterfeit so obviously ebay may have taken this into consideration. for example one of them has a breaking bad print , obviously this would be under copyright/trademark

you published your suspended ebay user ID here and it clearly shows brand names in the titles of your merch , this is reason enough for ebay to take you down and they will not find it funny at all
