Your payouts are on hold until (But still getting pay)

Your payouts are on hold until you update your account details, but I'm still getting the payout. Does anyone else having the same experience?

This sounds like a glitch in ebay's system. Should I just ditch this account and open a new one with real infos?

For how long have you had this message/email appearing?

How many other backup accounts do you have?
