Shipstation no longer has AUTO Feedback Feature!!!
 
So i have 3 new stores and i am linking them to my Shipstation as usual but i notice i cannot leave feedback automatically anymore when i ship. So i contact customer service and they tell me that feature is no longer available. How stupid is that!!! I sell over 100 items a day from over 20 different stores. I have to go store by store now and sale by sale to leave feedback? Any suggestions? How to leave feedback automatically or another shipping platform that provides this service. What about sellers that sell thousands of items a day? How do they handle feedback. It cant be manually. Huge waste of time.

I know if you have a Selling Manager pro store on ebay you can program automatic feedback but i dont want to pay 29 different subscriptions which is the amount of stores i am working with right now.

and it is still active on my accounts so I don't know if what they are saying to you is accurate. 9,727 Feedback left on just one account when I checked now. Looks like it has missed 7 transactions since December.

But if the feature goes away, I simply will not leave any feedback at all other than accounts with the feature activated on ebay via store subscriptions.

This is for the new stores that im trying to integrate into Shipstation. The old stores still post feedback automatically. Dont you get a bunch of emails begging for feedback though? I can care less about leaving feedback. Just dont want customers bugging me.

You'll only get a few customers asking for feedback these days. Most don't care and don't bother with it anymore (sending or receiving it), so I wouldn't worry about it. There's never a need for you to subscribe to a store upgrade just for this feature as it's a waste of money for something as trivial as feedback.
I wish everyone would stop giving feedback so EBay just gets rid of this feature as it's been useless for many years now since ebay stopped letting sellers give anything but a positive to buyers. It's gotta work both ways to have any purpose.

I don't like feedback. It's a nuisance to me. I just give it so buyers won't contact me. My favorite buyer is the buyer that doesn't email me.

Problem was bad sellers were giving even good innocent buyers negative feedbacks and that's when eBay pulled the plug.

Which proves my point. Sellers give innocent buyers negative feedback (highly unlikely but anything is possible) and ebay "pulls the plug", but when buyers give an innocent seller a negative (more likely), ebay doesn't "pull the plug" and let's the practice continue.
Shipment late due to postal delay equals negative feedback for seller....but buyer claims item doesn't match photo or description despite real photos and accurate description equals positive feedback for buyer.
It's a broken system and turns dishonest buyers into repetitive thieves as the checks and balances that weigh out good vs. evil have been removed.
