eBay suspended my acc bcz of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ review
 

Due to the delivery delay recently, there are many unsolved cases in my account, so my seller's score is below the standard. For this reason, I wanted to change my account by ⊗⊗⊗⊗ review, but my account was suspended as a result. May I ask if there is still a chance for my account

Is the suspension indefinite? If so that's it for this account.
But if the delivery delay is due to covid it may be worth it to have a chat with eBay and see if they'll give you a relief.

Problem is you got a lot of UNSOLVED cases, this is what causes the suspension.

That will count as feedback manipulation and it'll stack on top of your suspension.

AFAIK feedback/metrics manipulation cannot be appealed so any suspension would be permanent.

You weren't suspended for poor delivery metrics though were you?

If it was, the covid angle is wearing thin with them anyway. They've made it clear that you need to accept possible delivery issues for what they are and amend/extend your handling and shipping expectations accordingly.

I know it's of no use this time but next time chose a courier who provides tracking and has a proven record for delivering withing the time-frame you state on your listings.
