new ebay account got MC010

I am create new ebay.ca individual seller account and provide all information for register country are Ukraine.

I got ebay error code: MC010 within 30 minute.

I am provide Fa ke address with online sms number and my item are woman clothing cost 10$. I am also try best offer and bid in 2 different account but all got same error.

anybody help me about resolve MC010 error?

I am used real ip from india , real credit card and window user.

So IP from India, Acct on ebay.ca registered in Ukraine and using a VOIP number...
And you dont know what the problem was...?
You pretty much checked off EVERYTHING you possibly could to make sure you got suspended.

I am from india and here ebay are not allowed for created new seller account.


so I am try to make new account in ebay.ca site and want to link india paypal that why choice Ukraine address information and I have fresh phone number too.

but got error MC010.

can you please tell me what I need to change or what can I do now? for create successfully ebay account?

if i used ip burger vpn for Ukraine country that should work for me?

So you'll need the same country related IP and account.
Meaning if your acc is based in Canada, it'll need a Canadian IP.

Ok, ip burger vpn plan good working? If my address information are Ukraine so i need Ukraine ip right but register site are ebay. Ca?

Registering with a ukraine IP on ebay.ca feels odd - probably better to try ebay ukraine then (after some time/sales), log onto ebay.ca and sell

Ebay ukriane site not available they are redirect ebay.com


But now this way are fail due to Ukraine going in MP.

I didn't know that - MP is being rolled out hard - going to be increasingly difficult to try and bypass with paypal...
