New ebay tracking?

has anyone seen this before? this came straight from ebay

eBay is now noting which computers members use to access their accounts in order to protect them from unauthorized access. When an unrecognized computer is used for selling, we are prompting members to complete the Identity Confirmation process. That is correct, you will be receiving a response from the appropriate department.

Hmmm...As long as It doesn't affect our trick of switching IP and windows account per each ebay acct then we should be fine.
