Business account US, UK, EU Tax question
 

Hi Folks!

I hope to get an answer from some competent person.
We own UK limited and plan to set up a UK eBay account along with PayPal.
The question is

1 - If we are able to use UK account for the US and international sales?
2 - What will be taxation for the UK account in that case in terms of international trade?
3 - Will we be able to import to US other countries being a UK LLC?
4 - If the US account is better for the international sales on eBay?

Make sure you also have a bank account in the name of your Limited Company as paypal ain't an option on UK accounts.

If you're not in the UK then also think about residential docs/ID and the inevitable VAT registration once they realise your'e not a UK resident.

There is a high chance that all these questions will not need to be answered as far as ebay are concerned because they will not allow you to sell anything anywhere with a UK limited being run from some other country

Guys I am talking about the situation when there is no residency and bank account opening problem

if you don't have residency and banking problems you would be just a usual UK seller and would need to pay taxes just like anybody else in the UK

if you have some kind of residence problems the taxation will be easier but your chances to sell on ebay as UK seller would be close to zero

Guys,

I will highly appreciate having answers to my questions, rather than guessing if Armenian is viable to do a business in the UK or not.

I left eBay business over 6 years and to be honest at this moment I am not up to date about different countries account possibilities.
I have UK limited company and all I need to know, is if the UK registered eBay account along with the UK limited is able to make international sales?
