eBay suspension a few questions
Hi,
I have been suspended from eBay and have a few questions (eBay message overview at bottom):
-What are the chances eBay will allow me to sell from the business account again?
-I have a personal account also in my name same address but a personal bank account is that safe or will they ban me from that also?
-eBay have removed all my listing the vast majority meet all requirements. My issue is I signed up for this auto item lister via eBay that listed my items on other eBay accounts and I could not close or edit listings that had issues and I believe that is why this has happened. Not sure I eBay will accept this as I did just ignore the issue and eBay were not much help when I did ask about it?
-With managed payments can I make a new business bank account and start a new business seller account or will eBay detect it and ban me?
Ebay Message:
“We have decided to suspend your account for repeated and multiple VeRO violations from the same rights owner.”
It then goes on to say
“What you need to do next -Items removed for this policy cannot be relisted. Please ensure that your future listings are for authentic items only.
How this affects your account
- Your eBay account has been suspended.
- All your listings have been removed.
- All fees paid or payable for listings that are ended and/or hidden from search will not be refunded or otherwise.
- You are responsible to pay all outstanding eBay fees.”
