Can we still register Stealth eBay Account with Paypal?
 

Hi Everyone,
I am Interested in buying the eBay stealth guideline. Can we still register a stealth Account with Paypal (you know,Paypal is no more an option for eBay)?

Given your flag is China and you've mentioned selling in the UK on another thread then the answer is no and no, whichever country you try and register in.

Some are saying Russia is still an option.....

You can change the country of registration to Russia and continue using paypal. Payoneer was blocked in Russia so it is likely that paypal will continue being used for some time. But in order to run Russia successfully you should not open a new ebay account but change the country of an already established ebay account

I assume this would mean we need a Russian VPN too, no? Otherwise ebay would get suspicious

Or is it moreso based on the "Ship from" address

I had 7 older accounts that I did not know what to do with since I already have a lot registered with my real details. So I switched them all to Russia several months ago.

I have them all with russian IP's , I am paying 1 dollar for each IP per month. But I do not think the IP is decisive here because all accounts are established and I use USA as shipping country to sell on ebay.com

It has been almost 5 months now and no signs of MP whatsoever , the funds are flowing to paypal just like in the old days. ebay don't care if you are a russian seller and you ship from within USA because the computer only looks for registration country. and the other advantage is of course that there is no SSN , no reporting to anyone etc.

the only problem is that this loophole would only work with established accounts , not with new ones. because new ones are likely to be suspended and additionally I saw russians complaining that new accounts have problems to accept paypal and MP is not available. So eventually all this can only work with an account that is older and has been selling already

Some countries can still use it for the UK isnt one anymore sadly
