Has anyone been restricted for Watermarks or Logos?

Hi,
I recently received some VeRO's for copyrighted images... but they are MY PHOTOS. Of course the 3rd party doesnt want to retract the claim, and eBay doesnt care.
My competition (copycat) uses his own photos but also uses watermarks and logos. His listings were not removed.
It is an Ebay Policy violation to use watermarks, but so many get away with it.

So my Q is;
Has anyone here ever had a policy violation from eBay for using watermarks or Logos??

Wait you took the photos yourself and the real VERO pulled them down?

Did eBay give you the contact info of the vero member?
Because this can't be right
