ebay Managed payments paying out faster now?
 

Hi everyone,

I’ve had a listing up since the weekend loads of views and watches but no sales until today sales starting to come from nowhere and I noticed in managed payments my funds are not pending saying will be paid into my account tomorrow normally I wait 2 days so have managed payments improved the payment system to now allow sellers to be paid quicker?

Finding the same thing - for me started yesterday. Managed payments no longer pending until next day just authorised straight after sale.

Do you reckon it has to do with established sales history? Or is it for new account as well?

Could be for both - with things such as what is being sold as factored in

It's very hit and miss - I had 2 days like this and thought it was good - Friday and Saturday sales still showing as processing

I do know Ebay want to make the whole MP more attractive but IMO it is too early to say if this is the new norm

Yes it’s no issue having to wait a day or two extra but if money is going into available balance straight away then that’s perfect as that’s like PayPal I use to withdrawal my sales money on PayPal in the evening so technically now I’m waiting till the next day to receive my money now.

All sales I sold on Friday went into my available balance today (Sunday) as normal and today’s sales are also in my available balance so everything I sold from Friday to Sunday (today) will all be paid tomorrow.

If I sell tomorrow (Monday) hopefully I’ll be paid Tuesday really can’t complain about that.

It can be a good thing and bad thing. For one no more pp limitations, on the other, it's trickier now for stealth ID

I think it depends on the amount of your sales. How much were the amounts?
