eBay listing not showing up after 24hrs?
 

Hi everyone,

I have a top rated seller account it’s around 15 months old. I sold items from my listing ended my listing as no stock clicked sell similar item and after 24 hours listing still not showing up.

Does anyone know the reason for this as normally my listings are live in seconds.

Try searching from another account/IP. If that doesn't work, :noidea:, wait it out.

Also you could have used the out of stock option to keep that listing active with a quantity of 0 so you didn't lose your sold quantity and watchers.

Yeah I just tried that and no it’s still not showing up which is rather odd. It says my item is up for sale but can’t search for it so maybe it’s at the back of que waiting to be re indexed as I did change a bit of the description.

If it’s not showing after 48hours shall I contact eBay?

Yes. You should wait. You can also try changing the filters in the search. Sometimes the ebay "fights" and the results are displayed incorrectly.

have you tried just browsing that category and find your listing?

Hi,

This is totally normal. I think it's something with their new system in place. It takes between 24 to 48 hours sometimes.

That is perfectly normal sometimes it takes my listing more than 72 hours to be viewed
