Safe deposit when buying and selling

Does anyone know how to secure escrow for trading? I'm buying a stealth account from a stranger, we're not from the same country.

In many forums there are so-called guarantors. And best of all, buy from trusted sellers. So that all reviews are visible. For example here

Yes just don't send your payment as a "friends and family" payment because those are not covered under buyer protection.
