Stealth still viable on ebay Germany?
 

Hey!
I'm pretty new to the whole stealth stuff, so please bear with me. At the moment I'm reading a lot on this forum and found a lot of helpful advice. I'm planing to buy the ebay stealth guide soon.
But I still got a few questions.

I was selling quite a lot items on ebay Germany for years now. I'm a german citizen and I had registered a few ebay accounts on the same name and the same address (my real data). In case you are wondering why I was selling items across multi accounts, that is easy to answer. The items I was selling are often copied and sold cheaper by chinese sellers. So I tried to "hide" my items a little bit from them. If I would put all my items on one ebay account, they would just copy every of my listing 1:1 and sell a replica of my item at a cheaper price.

So one of my ebay accounts got a warning a few days ago for selling counterfeit products. I wasn't even selling items at the moment on this account. The last item sold on this account was about 8 weeks ago. So I was quite suprised. 2 days later I got a VeRo warning on the same account (still without selling something on this account) and the account got suspended.
I contacted the ebay customer service via e-mail and tried to explain to them that I didn't sell counterfeit products. I also offered them to send them invoices for the items. But they just declined and told me that my suspension is irreversible. I emailed them again a few times but they would just copy&paste their previous message.

To cut a long story short. Is stealth still viable with the new managed payments on ebay Germany? As you may know you need a valid VAT number to sell on a business account on ebay Germany. Any ideas where to acquire a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one? I've seen many chinese sellers who pretend to be germans who also use valid VAT numbers, so there must be a possibility to get one.
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

what category was the VERO strike for?

was the VERO warning initiated by a specific rights holder?

The category was Health & Beauty>Hair Care & Styling>Treatments, Oils & Protectors.

The VeRo warning was initiated by a company who protects brands.

you have high risk items , I think it may only work if you open up stealth abroad through payoneer and sell in Germany using many accounts so that the risk is spread among many different shops

stealth in Germany is as hard as it is in the USA or UK so it is likely that any attempt to open stealth there would only allow to sell for a limited time with a subsequent suspension

Why are you so sure about this? United States and Great Britain, yes. But with Germany it is easier.

Germany is rather harder because all residents are officially registered and everyone is checked through SCHUFA and the german tax authorities have been mass checking people selling on ebay

It is those countries where payoneer does the verification

large western countries are under heavy scrutiny so opening up there will be very tough and will lead to suspensions most of the time if not all the time
