ebay refund not working please help me

hello, when listing the product on ebay, I activate the return option, but after the product is listed, the seller says they do not accept returns. how can i fix this problem?

You mean you are allowing returns but Ebay won't let your buyers return goods? That sounds great to me to be honest!
