What are the counties that still operate on paypal as a payment method for sellers on ebay ?

I hear Russia is pretty much it. And wouldnt be surprised if it is done as well soon enough.

I tried to create new account with Russian IP and I was forced to MP.

Russia but that will be changing I highly expect

When trying to create a Russian account they won't allow you to verify seller account you will be redirected to an error page, I've tried it over n over but still the same problem

Is it the “we noticed you’re signed in from a different computer” error? It usually goes away after 15-20 mins.
