eBay Managed Payments restricted update september 2021

dear members,
do you get an update after loading id and b.statement to your ebay acount ?
has somebody get an update from ebay after loading up id. and bank statement ? is the acount still restricted ? when you get a new message from ebay , how many days it took to get the update ? what for message they send to you with the update ? please help for other ebay member get informed,

The ebay support tell that is within 7-10 business days, but i am still waiting as now more than 2 weeks in few accounts
