Ebay hold?

Hello friends. I have been trading on ebay for a long time, and I am well familiar with paypal and its retention of funds. Now there is a new EMP system, what are the terms for freezing funds now issued by ebay ?

If you get a return request or a case opened against you, eBay holds the full amount of the transaction until the case or request is resolved.

Does the money become available immediately after the sale ? or in 21 days ? or after the product is delivered ?

previously, funds were always available on paypal after 21 days
