my best guess is that they looked at your personal details and bank details and came to the conclusion that this is a non-resident account posing as US resident

in general it is recommended under the new system not to open non resident accounts , I am saying non resident instead of stealth because the actual personal details may be genuine but the address is used in a wrong country , such an account would be immediately suspended if detected
